REMEDY: Recovered Medical Equipment for the Developing World Welcome
HomeAbout UsNewsNotes From The FieldDownloadsContact Us

Welcome to Mount Sinai REMEDY, a student run organization since 2003 which recovers used medical equipment for the developing world. By making connections within the hospital and the surrounding community, we recycle valuable equipment that can save lives. Recent donations from our closet have reached Haiti, Guatemala, Uganda, Senegal, Honduras, India, a variety of clinics in Central America via Hope for a Healthier Humanity, and clinics in Africa via Emergency USA.

2009-2010 was a strong year as we supplied two medical trips to Haiti, worked with local health initiatives like the East Harlem Health Outreach Partnership for the first time, and expanded our network throughout Mount Sinai Hospital.

Please check out our latest news and notes from the field. Or you can learn a bit more about us.
